Brisket Donjunair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole brisket
Season-All to taste
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 can tomato paste
1 onion, sliced or quartered
1 green pepper, cut in strips
carrots, cut in pieces
Preparation

Trim brisket.
Season with Season-All; wrap in aluminum foil. Cover completely.
Put in oven and let cook at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cut and let sit for 1/2 hour.
Take juice from meat and make sauce with butter and flour.
Bring to boil.
Add tomato paste,
onion, carrots and green pepper.
Saute until cooked.
Use as garnish over meat.
Pour sauce over meat and serve.
