Zucchini Pancakes(Low In Fat And Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onions (fine)
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    salt to taste
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, onions and egg.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to zucchini mixture.
    Mix well.
    Drop spoonfuls on mixture into heated oil in skillet.
    Fry until brown and crisp on edges.
    Makes 10 to 12 pancakes.
    Has approximately 50 calories per pancake.
