Chicken Breasts In Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 small minced clove of garlic
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. light cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into 4 serving pieces.
    Brown breast in fat until golden brown.
    Heat onion, garlic, broth, cream and seasonings in saucepan.
    Place chicken in roaster and pour sauce over them.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes more.
    Remove chicken from pan and keep warm while making gravy.
