Pork Chop Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, thick
    1 c. rice (regular), uncooked
    1 can beef consomme soup
    1 can onion soup
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in small amount of oil on both sides.
    Place uncooked rice in bottom of casserole dish.
    Place browned pork chops on top of rice.
    Mix the two soups together and pour over pork chops and rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
