Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash (gooseneck)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped jalapeno pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    14 crackers, crumbled (saltine)
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or any you prefer)
Preparation
    Slice squash; boil until done and mash.
    Add all other ingredients except cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Add cheese last 5 minutes.
