Ham Steak And Cranberry-Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) thick ham steak, fully cooked
    1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Preheat browning dish according to manufacturer's directions. Place ham steak on preheated dish; cover with paper towel. Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes.
    Combine cranberry sauce, orange juice and horseradish.
    Turn ham slice over; top with sauce mixture.
    Microwave at High 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is hot. Makes 4 servings.
