Half Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/4 c. fresh mint leaves
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1/2 leg of lamb, bone removed and butterflied (about 3 1/2 to 4 lb.)
Preparation
    With point of a sharp knife, prick the meat thoroughly.
