Fried Indian Bread (Poori) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour - all purpose
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    salad oil
Preparation
    About 1 1/2 hrs. before serving:
    In medium bowl stir flours, water, salt and 1 1/2 tsp. salad oil until blended (mixture will be dry).
    In bowl, with hand, knead dough until it holds together and is smooth, about 10 minutes.
    Shape dough into ball and place in greased bowl; cover with plastic wrap; let rest 10 minutes.
