Green Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head romaine lettuce
1 bunch arugula
1 bunch scallions (white part only)
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. coarse-grain mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Wash the romaine and tear into small pieces.
Wash the arugula and remove the stems.
Place romaine and arugula in a bowl with the scallions and toss.
