Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large Irish potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated American cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes until tender. Drain and beat until fluffy. Add salt, sour cream and cream cheese, beating well. Put in large baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
