Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated and peeled zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Blend eggs, oil and sugar together.
    Set aside.
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Add zucchini and small amounts of dry ingredients to first mixture.
    Continue to blend until smooth. Add nuts and raisins.
    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
