Angel Flake Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Cut in shortening.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to buttermilk, then add to flour mixture. Knead.
    Make into biscuits.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0. Store dough in refrigerator.
