Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream shortening.
    Add packed brown sugar and beat well. Blend in egg, vanilla, sour cream, flour and soda.
    Mix well. Stir in rhubarb.
    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan, greased.
    Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
