Oven Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen stew vegetables
    1 chicken, cut up
    seasoning salt
    paprika
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. Sauterne wine
    1 c. American cheese, grated
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. pimiento, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    325\u00b0.
    Place
    frozen
    vegetables
    in greased 2 1/2 quart
    casserole
    or baking dish.
    Sprinkle with seasoning salt.
    Arrange chicken
    on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with seasoning
    salt
    and
    paprika.
    Combine the soup and wine; pour over
    the chicken and vegetables.
    Sprinkle the cheese, parsley flakes and
    pimiento over top.
    Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at
    325\u00b0.
    Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
