Veal Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal ground
    grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 c. breadcrumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When done, add 1 can heated mushrooms with liquid on top.
