Rice Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. hot milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
paprika
Preparation

Melt butter and cheese in milk.
Add rice and salt.
Beat eggs slightly and add to mixture.
Mix thoroughly and pour into greased casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
