Golden Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. sun-dried tomatoes, reconstituted
    1 c. basil, torn
    1/3 c. walnuts
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. hot water
Preparation
    Place oil, tomatoes, basil, nuts and cheese into a food processor.
    Process until smooth.
    With machine running add hot water, blending well.
    Can be spooned over hot pasta or spread on French bread.
    Do not heat the pesto.
