Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato puree
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. fresh white bread, cut in 1-inch squares
Preparation
    Add sugar, salt and water to tomato puree.
    Place bread squares in casserole.
    Pour melted butter over bread squares.
    Add hot tomato mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Excellent served with meat or fish.
    Serves 6.
