Garfield'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning
    9 lasagna noodles
    3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Wash hands!
    Brown beef, drain grease.
    This is done with adult help.
    Mix spaghetti sauce into ground beef.
    Beat eggs.
    Add cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and 1 cup shredded cheese to eggs. Add oregano or Italian seasoning.
    Mix well.
    Place 3 uncooked lasagna noodles in a 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Measure 1 1/3 cups meat mixture and spread over noodles.
    Spread 1/2 of egg-cheese mixture over meat mixture.
    Repeat noodles, meat, then egg-cheese mixture.
    Top with 3 more uncooked noodles and remaining meat mixture.
    Pour the hot water around all 4 edges of dish. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese on top and cool 10 minutes before serving.
