Shrimp My Way - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. raw shrimp
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 green onions, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 stick butter or oleo
Preparation
    Peel and devein shrimp. Melt butter in heavy skillet. Saute onions and celery until tender. Add tomatoes, shrimp and seasonings. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
