Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of onion salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 well beaten eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 mild jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well except pepper and cheese.
    Pour half the batter into greased, heated 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread the jalapeno peppers and cheese over batter.
    Pour remaining batter. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Yields 12 servings.
