Sliced Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 to 3 Tbsp. each sage, Italian blended spices and parsley
    1 to 2 tsp. each garlic and onion powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash and rinse potatoes. Cut into slices.
    Place potatoes in a casserole dish.
    Drizzle with melted butter and add herbs. Save cheese to be added 5 minutes before potatoes are done.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
