Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 small, chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 lb. mild sausage
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large head cabbage
    1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Soak cabbage in hot water and remove leaves.
    Mix meat, onion, rice, salt, pepper and sugar together.
    Shape into balls and wrap in leaves.
    Place in crock-pot and pour tomatoes over.
    Cook about 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until done.
