Ingredients
    6 lb. lean pork
    2 lb. fat pork
    2 2/3 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. sage
    1 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. red hot pepper
Preparation
    Cut meat into small pieces before grinding.
    Sprinkle seasoning over meat, mixing well, then grind.
