Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes (about 2 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Cut into eighths.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.
    Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in bag, coating well.
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Place potatoes in a layer in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour until golden brown.
    Serves 6.
