Peanut Butter Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. white syrup
powdered sugar
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Put peanut butter and butter on low heat.
Bring sugar, water and syrup to soft ball stage.
Beat egg whites until stiff, then add 1/2 of sugar mixture.
Return sugar mixture to boil; let mixture get to hard ball stage.
Pour into egg whites and beat. Add vanilla.
Pour sugar and egg mixture on powdered sugar and roll out.
Spread peanut butter on the rolled out sugar mixture. Roll up and slice.
