Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 onion, chopped
    grated carrots (optional)
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    pimientos (optional)
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook well and drain the squash, onion and carrots.
    Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup with sour cream and pimientos.
    Mix stuffing mix with stick of melted margarine (may use more margarine). Press half of stuffing to the bottom and sides of casserole dish. Add squash mixture.
    Put remaining half of stuffing on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (approximately).
