Pineapple Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. sliced scallions
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3 c. cooked rice
    8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
Preparation
    Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add onions, walnuts, raisins, salt and ginger.
    Cook, stirring 4 to 5 minutes or until onions are tender.
    Add rice and pineapple.
    Stir and heat thoroughly.
