Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced thin
    1 mango pepper, diced thin
    1/2 c. whole corn, drained
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    3/4 to 1 tsp. red pepper
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; pour in pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
