Betty'S Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fried meat grease
    flour
    water
    salt and black pepper
    canned or fresh ripe tomatoes
Preparation
    Cover the bottom of your iron frying pan with fried meat grease.
    Sprinkle thick with flour.
    Add water and let gravy simmer a minute.
    Add salt, black pepper and canned or fresh ripe tomatoes.
    Stir up real good.
    Serve hot with plenty of biscuits for soppin'.
