Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole corn (undrained)
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 stick oleo/butter
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in oleo/butter.
    Mix corn, eggs, onions and peppers together.
    Stir in muffin mix.
    Top with cheese and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
