Instant Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 servings instant potatoes
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes according to directions on package (omit butter).
    Add cream cheese and beaten egg to the prepared potatoes.
    Beat well.
    Add onion and parsley.
    Blend well.
    Place in a well-greased 1-quart baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
