The Alpine(Date-Nut Roll) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. water (warm)
1/2 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 lb. marshmallows
Preparation

Cut marshmallows and pour water over them. Add milk, nuts, dates and cracker crumbs. Knead with hands. Form into roll and wrap with wax paper. Refrigerate for a few hours. Slice and serve with whipped cream.
