Fat-Free Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen green peas
    4 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
    2 large cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    2/3 c. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook peas until just tender; drain and cool.
    Place the peas in a food processor fitted with the steel chopping blade.
    Process until smooth.
    Add the mayonnaise, garlic, onion, lemon juice, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Process to blend.
    Scrape into a bowl, cover and chill.
    Yields 2 cups.
    One tablespoon equals 21 calories, 4 grams fat.
