Holiday Bourbon Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large sweet potatoes or yams
salt to taste
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. bourbon
1 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation

Peel potatoes; cook in boiling water, covered, until they are tender, approximately 45 minutes.
Add salt to taste to water while cooking.
When potatoes are soft, cut in pieces and mash with electric beater.
Add butter and mix.
Add bourbon and blend to the mashed potatoes.
