Carrot-Granola Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    1 1/2 c. low-fat granola cereal
    1/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
    1 c. low-fat buttermilk
    2 egg whites
    1 c. shredded carrots
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and allspice until blended.
    In a separate large bowl, mix cereal, brown sugar and buttermilk.
    Let stand for 5 minutes for granola to absorb the milk.
