Caramel Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1.5 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    0.5 c. flour
Preparation
    In a heavy pot, brown 1/2 cupful of sugar very brown, then add 2 1/2 cupfuls of boiling water, 1 cupful of sugar, a lump of butter the size of an egg and a pinch of salt.
    Boil for 10 minutes.
