Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 cups ice
    1/4 c. apricot nectar
    2 bananas
    1/2 c. cranberry juice
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1 c. pineapple chunks
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    1/2 c. peaches or apricots (optional)
    1/2 c. strawberries or blueberries (optional)
    1/4 c. vanilla yogurt (optional)
Preparation
    Add whichever optional ingredients you like.
    Be creative. Use a blender and add crushed ice.
    Put ingredients into blender one at a time and then blend to puree consistency.
    Add the additional, optional ingredients if you like.
    You may experiment and one at a time.
    Taste and experiment. .
    .Delicious!
    If too thick, more juice; if too thin, add an additional banana.
    Serve immediately!
    Makes 4 (8-ounce) portions.
