Ham Fritters With Creamy Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
1 c. chopped cooked ham
Creamy Sauce (recipe follows)
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 Tbsp. melted shortening
hot salad oil
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and baking powder; stir in eggs and milk. Add shortening; mix well.
Stir in ham.
Drop batter by tablespoon into deep oil heated to 375\u00b0.
Fry until golden.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with Creamy Sauce.
Yields about 2 dozen.
