Acini Di Pepe Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can (20 oz.) chunk pineapple, drained
    2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. Acini di Pepe pasta
    5 oz. miniature marshmallows
    1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain pineapple reserving liquid- 1 3/4 c. Set pineapple aside.
    In a saucepan combine juice, sugar, flour & eggs.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently 8-10 minutes till thick. Cool.
    In a large saucepan cook pasta till soft, approx. 12 minutes.
    Rinse in cold water & cool.
    In bowl combine pasta & cooled sauce.
    Add pineapple, oranges, marshmallows & Cool Whip. Stir gently.
    Cover & refrigerate overnight.
    Makes 20 servings.
