Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pie shells
1 qt. chopped rhubarb (raw)
1 rounded c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 stick butter or oleo
Preparation

Place chopped rhubarb in pie shell.
Mix spices and sugar. Pour over rhubarb.
Dot with butter.
Cover with other pie shell. (Place on cookie sheet, juice may boil out.)
Bake at 300\u00b0 until crust is brown, about 1 hour.
