Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    2 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 large tomato (chopped)
    1 large green pepper (chopped)
    4 Tbsp. flour (dissolved in 1/2 c. water)
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak into small rectangular sections, brown meat in butter, garlic salt and paprika.
    Add bouillon cubes, water, green pepper, onion and tomato.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Ten minutes before done, add soy sauce and flour mixture to thicken. Serve over rice.
