Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    4 oz. grated American cheese
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli or chopped fresh broccoli
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until soft.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    In another pan, bring water, bouillon cubes and broccoli to boil until tender.
    Pour entire mixture into cheese sauce and serve.
