Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large tomatoes, skinned and chopped
    4 large onions, chopped
    3 green peppers, chopped
    5 hot peppers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. basil
    1 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Bring to boil and simmer until desired consistency.
    Pour into sterilized jars.
    Add 2 teaspoons bottled lemon juice per quart jar and 1 tablespoon garlic powder.
    Stir gently.
    Seal in jars and process about 15 minutes after water boils in boiling water bath.
