Donna'S Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Keep popcorn hot in
    a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Melt butter; stir in syrup, brown sugar and
    salt.
    Bring to a boil while stirring. Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
    Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla.
    Pour over corn and mix.
    Turn into 2 large, greased, shallow pans and place

    oven for 1 hour. Stir\tevery 5 minutes.\tRemove\tfrom
    oven.
    Cool
    and\tbreak apart.
