Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
6 c. plain flour (all-purpose)
1 c. warm water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add dry yeast (dissolved in 1 cup warm water).
Mix well.
Add sugar, Crisco and salt.
Mash together well.
Add boiling water; mix this.
Add flour and mix well. Place in pre-oiled large bowl.
Let rise 3 hours.
Knead real stiff on floured board.
Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, until light brown.
