Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg plus 1 egg white, beaten
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Cook over low to medium heat.
Stir occasionally until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Don't boil.
