Honey-Almond Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. honey
3 large eggs (room temperature)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/3 c. crushed graham crackers
3 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat cream cheese product (room temperature)
1 1/2 c. nonfat sour cream (room temperature)
1 bottle pourable fruit (optional)
Preparation

Place a large pan, half-filled with water, on lowest oven rack, with oven at 325\u00b0.
Coat 8-inch spring-form pan with nonstick spray.
