Quick And Easy Pork Tenderloins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork tenderloins (not breaded)
1/4 c. flour
1 large chopped onion
1 chopped celery rib
1 clove minced garlic
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can peas, drained
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
Preparation

Mix flour and salt and pepper.
Dip meat in milk and then into flour.
Fry meat in medium frying pan in a small amount of olive oil, 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Remove from pan.
Saute onions, celery and garlic in same pan until onions are transparent. Return meat to pan.
Cover with peas and tomato sauce.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
(This also works great with pork chops.)
