Mock Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice, uncooked
2 cans beef consomme, undiluted
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 large can mushrooms
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown uncooked rice with the margarine. Heavily butter (or Pam) a standard size casserole dish (1 1/2-quart).
Pour in browned rice, then add consomme and mushrooms with juice, rosemary and salt to taste.
Stir.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until well done at 350\u00b0 with cover lid. Serves 6.
